Our cozy Liten Stuga is a new fully renovated little cabin with modern Nordic inspired decor. Beautiful pine vaulted ceilings, white shiplap walls, luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout, new windows, door...literally almost everything is updated! Stunning property and cabin! Large windows boast natural light providing stunning elevated views of Popple Lake! Seasonally we provide complimentary use of our 2 kayaks, canoe, paddle boat , life jackets and Aqua Lily float mat but all are subject to availability. An ATV trail and the boat landing is less than 1/4 mile down the road. We have ample parking for an ATV/snowmobile/boat trailer on our 1+ acre partially wooded property for guests bringing their own toy hauling trailers. Perfect quiet location located within 30 minutes of Brunet Island and Lake Wissota State Parks as well as the Chippewa Moraine State Recreation Area for those outdoor enthusiasts. Bring your bikes and hop on the Old Abe Biking Trail located only 2 miles from the cabin. Please read individual picture comments for more information on our Liten Stuga. A contract for using the hot tub will be sent prior to your stay. Guests are expected to sign contract and respect our hot tub expectations. We want each guest to be able to enjoy our hot tub during their visit so have a few specific expectations when using it (shower beforehand, no glass, please use our complimentary slippers or bring your own sandals/slippers to keep your feet clean before entering). Guests with dogs will be charged a separate dog fee of $50 per dog after your reservation has been accepted, 2 dogs max. Copy/picture of ID's for guests over 18 is needed to verify guests on the contract/waiver which is needed at least 48 hours prior to guests arrival. Only dogs allowed, no other pets allowed due to allergies. At checkout we ask guests to: •remove all food •put used towels in the laundry basket •take out trash/recycling to outdoor bins •turn heat to 60 at departure •close and lock windows/doors. Optional Local Experiences: **Yoga with Iron Pines Strength & Yoga onsite at the Liten Stuga Indoor/outdoor options. Instructor provides everything. $100 fee for your 60 minute session ** 4 person Mobile Sauna Rental from Stonegrove Saunas 2 bundles of wood included, $8 for each additional bundle Minimum 2 night rental for $500, additional days cost more ** "Local Love Package" includes one bottle of local Autumn Harvest wine and 2 Josef's Cheesecakes (keto & gluten free options available) $40 additional fee paid to host Chippewa County Dept. of Health ID: AKRR-C3SQKV Zoning: 09-ZON-20210448 Sanitary Permit: 09-SAN-20210162 Guest access You will have access to the entire cabin, hot tub, screened in gazebo, firepit, deck, dock and the rest of our 1+ acre partially wooded property. Guests will not have access to our owners cleaning closet and our storage shed outside. Guests will have complimentary use of our hot tub, kayaks, canoe, paddle boat & Lily pad, life jackets, and lake floaties which are all subject to availability and season. Other things to note The ceiling in the bedroom is only 6.2 feet tall and the tallest point in the loft is 4.5 feet tall. There is a race track about 2 miles away which can be faintly heard from the cabin on race days. We do have 1 neighbor somewhat close by but the other side of our property is our open 2nd lot. No oets other than dogs allowed. $50 per dog fee, 2 dog max applied after guest is accepted. We have well water which can have a distinct taste and smell. It is tested annually and is safe to drink. We do provide some bottles of water but guests may want to bring additional water to drink if they do not like the taste of well water.
