Relax at this peaceful place to stay. The annexe is bright and airy . You can walk to the River Thames in 2 minutes. Hampton Court is 30 minute walk and you can walk to Kingston town centre in 30 minutes along the river . Surbiton stain will take no longer than 15 minutes to walk to which can get you to central London within 25 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from locally You can also drive to Chessington World of Adventure in 10-15 minutes from our location The space Our annexe is totally self contained. There is a king sized bed and I can provide a travel cot if required. There is a kettle ,toaster , small oven with cooking rings , all kitchen equipment and a Fridge with small freezer compartment. In the bathroom we have a shower , toilet and sink and hairdryer . TV has many Channels . The annexe provides its own entrance . Guest access You have your own access to properly so you can come and go as you wish Other things to note There is parking on the drive for a medium car but the street parking is Monday to Friday 4pm to 10am or all day Saturday and Sunday
