Plenty of parking on lot, the garage will be used for entertainment in the future ping pong table etc. Driving to Z Lakehouse: While the drive through the neighborhood may not be glamorous, the views become incredible once you get to the lakefront. Friendly warning for Springtime and humid weather conditions: This house is right on the lake; there are midge bugs that are attracted to light. If you leave the doors open, they will welcome themselves inside the home. Please be aware of this if you are highly sensitive to bugs. These are 100% out of our control, and we rely on our guests to take the appropriate precautions during their stay. We have a hired pest control service that comes to spray regularly inside and around the external perimeters of the property. We like to ensure transparency with the lake life environment prior to your booking with us. We provide mosquito sprays, but feel free to bring extra ones for bugs and mosquitos. For those who appreciate nature: This is an ideal spot to observe a diverse range of creatures, including Monarch butterflies, Black Swallowtail butterflies, Gulf Fritillary butterflies, fireflies, Whitetail dragonflies, turtles, great egrets, cardinals, yellow-throated warblers, blue jays, hawks, and many more!
