Colourful, bright and beautifully styled, this place has everything you could possibly need for an unforgettable stay in Melbourne. Complete with a private balcony, open floor plan, pristine bathroom and plush bedroom, this brand new, modern apartment is located in a secure complex less than 400 meters from Richmond Train Station. The space As soon as you walk into the apartment, you’ll be greeted with plenty of natural light and a stunning view of Richmond’s rooftops. Relax on the comfortable couch in front of a large flat-screen TV. In the living room, you’ll also find a dining setting for two and a reverse-cycle air conditioner and heater. Blinds have been installed to all windows for your comfort. Make your way out onto the balcony through the double glazed sliding doors and enjoy rooftop views and views to the city. The well-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, gas cooktop, cooking utensils, appliances, a fridge and basic pantry supplies – for those looking to cook at home. The master bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double size bed and topped with hotel-quality linen and towels, professionally cleaned after every stay. The built-in wardrobe contains hangers, shelving, an iron and ironing board and enough space to store your luggage. The spacious bathroom has a large shower stocked with complimentary consumables for your perusal. A washing machine is located in the bathroom. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. *Please note that we can only accept check ins until 10PM. We understand that travel plans don’t always align perfectly, so we’re happy to offer early check-ins and late check-outs when possible! For a small $50 fee, you can enjoy extra time to settle in or relax before departure—perfect for making the most of your stay. Availability depends on our schedule, so let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
