Here you will find everything you need to enjoy your most beautiful days of the year in a relaxed and luxurious way or to actively plan your vacation. Just as you wish! Notes on additional costs and fees: The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays a surcharge per night. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners from the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking and a bicycle shed are available for free. In the newly built Seepark, there may be construction activities during your stay. Please understand that subsequent complaints will not be accepted. The house has 2 bedrooms and a gallery with a sofa bed. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a luxurious box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a continuous mattress. In this bedroom there is also a TV, screen on the windows, a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables. The baby travel cot can also be conveniently placed in this room. In the second bedroom you will find a bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with 2 separate mattresses, a wardrobe, bedside tables and of course a fly screen for undisturbed sleep with the window open. On the beautiful gallery there is a comfortable sofa bed for another 2 people with a lying area of 1.80 x 2.00 m. On hot days, a large standing fan provides cooling. You can also relax in our wellness bath with sauna and whirlpool and a floor-level, spacious shower. In the house there is a 2nd bathroom with floor-level shower and toilet. After cooling down, you will find in the living room, equipped with TV, free Wi-Fi (high-speed Internet via fiber optic connection), a cozy stove and a comfortable couch, a quiet place to unwind with one of the available books and a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of wine. Or you can move your personal relaxation ritual to the beautiful terrace with high-quality furniture. Cook one of your favorite dishes in a sociable group or alone, because the open kitchen is generously equipped with everything that makes a gourmet heart beat faster. These include a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, common spices and for convenient cleaning afterwards, a dishwasher. Music entertainment is available via a hi-fi system. What else belongs to this dreamlike home: a foot stepper for fitness, of course a washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner and many other things that make a carefree stay possible. This holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy-friendly. We offer you a smoke- and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We provide you with protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows to reduce mites. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter. Please note: This is a newly built lake park.
