And where is it better than in our beautiful, well-equipped house in Seepark Nordhorn, close to the Dutch border. Here you'll find everything you need to enjoy your most beautiful days of the year in a relaxed and luxurious way, or to actively plan your vacation. Just as you wish! Need to Know: The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays an extra charge per night. Electricity/water/heating is included. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered for a fee on request. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital maid guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the fields of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. A parking space and a bicycle shed are available for free. In the newly built lake park, there may be construction activities during your stay. Please understand that subsequent complaints are not recognized. The house has 2 bedrooms and a gallery with sofa bed. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a luxurious box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a full mattress. In this bedroom there is also a TV, fly screen on the windows, a spacious wardrobe and nightstand. The baby travel cot can also be comfortably placed in this room. In the second bedroom you will find a bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with 2 separate mattresses, wardrobe, nightstands and of course also a fly screen for an undisturbed sleep with the window open. In the beautiful gallery there is a comfortable sofa bed for more 2 persons with a sleeping area of 1.80 x 2.00 m. On hot days, a large stand fan provides cooling. Relaxation can also be found in our wellness pool with sauna and whirlpool and a floor-level, spacious shower. In the house there is a 2nd bathroom with floor-level shower and toilet. After the cool down, you will find in the living room, equipped with TV, free WiFi (high-speed internet via fiber optic connection), a cozy oven and a comfortable couch, a quiet place to really unwind with one of the available books and a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of wine. Or you can transfer your personal relaxation ritual to the beautiful terrace with high quality furniture. Cook in a social round or alone one of your favorite dishes, because the open kitchen is generously equipped with anything that makes a gourmet heart beat faster. These include a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, common spices and for convenient tidying up afterwards, a dishwasher. Music entertainment is available via a hi-fi system. Everything else is part of this fantastic home: a foot stepper for fitness, of course a washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner and many other things that allow for a carefree stay. This holiday home has been certified by ECARF as allergy-friendly. We offer you a smoke-free and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short pile flooring. We provide you with protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter. Please note: this is a newly built lake park.
