We invite you to enjoy our beautiful, clean, spacious vacation home at Coral Ridge Townhomes in Washington, Utah. This home is perfect for family, friends, golfers, adventure-seekers, and anyone wanting to enjoy the many activities that are nearby or to just relax. We are 32 miles from Zion's National Park. Sand Hollow State Park and Reservoir is 9 miles away where you can enjoy lake activities, ATV's, hiking and golfing. It is a short 9 mile drive to downtown St. George where you will find restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Eighteen miles away is Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, a favorite of many visitors where you can see fabulous Broadway plays. Quail Creek State Park is less than 5 minutes away. Our townhome is fully furnished and stocked which allows you to have a relaxing vacation. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in closets and attached master bathrooms. One is located on the main floor and the other is on the 2nd floor. There is a 3rd bedroom upstairs with two full-size beds. There is a half bath on the main floor and another full bathroom, with bathtub upstairs. A loft is located upstairs with a daybed and pull-out trundle. Our kitchen is fully-stocked and is open to the great room with comfortable couches and chairs. The couch can be pulled out into a bed. There is a kitchen table and chairs and bar stools at the counter. Both master bedrooms, as well as the loft and great room, have flat-screen tvs. The backyard is great for barbecuing, relaxing, and playing. There is a grassy area, outdoor table and chairs and a gas barbecue. Razor Ridge Park is next door with a stocked fishing pond. Coral Ridge has a clubhouse with a fireplace, exercise room, and game tables. There are 2 heated swimming pools and a hot tub as well as a putting green. You may also enjoy Coral Canyon Golf Course which is right next to our development. You will find this home a great get-away with the necessities for a much needed vacation.
