OK North East launches a new homestay, the "RNR Home" near Down Town & Sun Valley Hospitals in GS Road, Guwahati. Maintained by a woman, the RNR Homestay has all the amenities like TV & AC in every room, WiFi, 24 hrs electricity & water, Kitchen with cooking and storing facilities, living room with workspace, car parking and bathroom with geyser, western toilet & shower. The house has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room & dining area, and a kitchen with basic cooking facilities. The space Please note: the homestay is not available to local guests or guests with local IDs, guests under 25 years of age and students for partying. Although we have listed that we can accommodate up to 6 adults in the property, do note that there are 2 rooms and both are equipped with queen size beds. The beds are for 4 people and we can provide 2 extra mattresses for extra guests. The RNR Homestay by OK North East is 5 mins walk from the Down Town & Sun Valley Hospitals in GS Road, Guwahati. For cooking, there will be a charge of Rs 200 to be paid in cash. A caretaker will be present in the same building for general help. A maid comes to clean the house once a day. Guest access Entire house and the car parking area. Other things to note Kindly don't litter. Please clean up after yourself, including washing your own dishes. It's important to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen to avoid inconveniencing future guests and delaying the cleaning process for the maid.
