Private Pool Getaway in NoDa/Plaza

This is the perfect place to relax and get some sun while enjoying the best of what Charlotte has to offer. Chef's kitchen, heated pool, wireless speakers to play music inside and out, a fire pit and grill, and close to NoDa, Plaza Midwood, and Uptown. I’m passionate about hosting family and friends in my home and can’t wait to share it with you and your fellow guests. Built in 1926 and completely renovated in 2021, this mill house has lots to offer! The chef’s kitchen has everything you need to make a fantastic meal. The backyard, with a heated pool (May through mid-October), is the perfect place to chill and read or turn up the music and cook out. Speaking of music, get your playlists ready for the Bose speakers that play in sync throughout the house and backyard. You can also dust off your piano skills and play the baby grand piano to impress your friends. The house is located close to Charlotte’s best amenities including NoDa, Plaza Midwood, and Uptown. NoDa has great restaurants and nightlife, plus the Blue Line Light Rail can take you into Uptown. Guest access There will be one bedroom (not pictured) and a closet in the piano room that will be locked and inaccessible to guests. Other things to note The house is on a main road and guests can expect some normal city road noise. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and white noise sound machines for sensitive sleepers.
