Please settle payment to secure your parking. Minimal Parking fee for Parking at the Gramercy Residences (same building). 3. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability. Early check-in fee per hour is 200php only and Late check-out fee per hour is 300php only. 4. 4. Entrance to amenities is two at a time. Limited access to amenities for rush bookings. One time elevator assistance for guests with same-day booking after 5pm from Sunday to Monday. 5. For long stays, (20 nights or more), an extra set of linen and towels will be provided upon check-in (depending on availability and no. of pax). If in need of new sets of linens and towels, housekeeping services or laundry services will be at your personal cost. 6.
