The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful, completely renovated manor house with a separate entrance. A separate area in the large garden with seating area, dining area and fire bowl is also available for guest use. The space The two beautiful rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the extraordinary house on the edge of the village. The apartment has its own access via the courtyard. Each room is equipped with a sofa bed, so you can decide which room you want to use as a living room or bedroom. One room has direct access to the shower room. The pantry kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a desk/workstation. The view is south over the roofs of the courtyard buildings. Guest access You have a nice place with a seating area and dining area under the old apple tree in the garden and are completely undisturbed there. If it is too warm, then the large market umbrella also provides shade. Right in front of the house you can watch game, cranes, storks and red kites. In the evening, you can sit in the garden with pleasant lighting (Philips Hue) and also with lanterns and nothing stands in the way of viewing the beautiful starry sky. Bicycles and the car, including boats, can be accommodated in a large garage (gate height 3.00 m). Other things to note We are located right on the edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District with the nearest Plauer See and the Preddöhler See. These have very pleasant, not overcrowded bathing areas. The nearby Meyenburg with its castle and park, as well as restaurants and shopping facilities, is also only 3 km away. In our village itself, you can buy excellent game directly from the hunter. Fleesensee with its magnificent golf courses is 32 km away. The beautiful, renovated cities such as Wittstock, Pritzwalk, Malchow and for Freyenstein invite you to explore. Even a day trip to Warnemünde/Rostock is easy to make - it is only 90 km to the beach. There are also wonderful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The Elde-Müritz bike path runs right in front of the house.
