Beautiful place in Costa del Sol

A fabulous space between the sea and the mountains, 1.2 km from the coast: A bright, modern 16m2 room with access to a covered 8m2 terrace (total 24m2), exterior view, located in a modern apartment within an exclusive gated community, residential area, with gardens and swimming pools. The bedroom has a 140cm bed, dining/work area, TV, Wifi, A/C and furniture. In the area there are golf courses, tennis/paddle courts and a Sports Club that has a gym and restaurant. The space The 63m2 apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, hot water, elevator and private garage. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom, in the hallway, where there is also a spacious closet fully available to the visitor. Towels and bed linen included in the price. It is a quiet place, excellent for a vacation getaway or for work (also remote work). For hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, there are several trails in the vicinity that start from the main street located approx. 800 m towards the mountain. The Sports Club, located just a 5-minute walk away, offers tennis, paddle tennis, and golf courses. You can also rent the courts and equipment there. The club also has a gym and a restaurant. Guest access All spaces are available to the visitor except my room. In the vicinity (50-100m) there is a pharmacy, supermarket, hospital, cafeteria, taxi and bus stop that connects with the main points and areas of tourist interest (beaches/coast, “white village”, Tibetan stupa, butterfly house, cable car, dolphinarium, Arroyo de la Miel urban center, commuter train station to Malaga-City and ap.). Other things to note Only one person lives in the apartment (me). For my own reasons I am rarely there, so I guarantee privacy. No pets or visitors.
