Countryside apartment

This charming apartment on the Way of Saint James and Joan of Arc was built in 2016 in a part of our farm. You won't have any neighbors across the street. The entry is independent. You'll be very quiet there! The village is peaceful, 15 km from Joinville (supermarkets and others) and 5 km from Bure (Andra and Panier Sympa, the nearest bakery and grocery store), on the border with the Meuse and the Vosges. Many walks in the countryside are at your doorstep. The space The accommodation consists of: - a large kitchen area open to a large dining and living room area - a bedroom with dressing room - a bathroom with toilet - a laundry room - a garage The bedroom has a bed (140 x 190 cm, very comfortable), a desk, a chair (ergonomic without backrest) and a dressing room. The bathroom has a shower, sink, washing machine, towel dryer and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hot plates, a hood, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (Senseo), a kettle and everything you need to cook (pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes, etc.). In the laundry room, you have the option to drop off your shoes, hang your laundry. There is also everything you need for cleaning (broom, bucket, vacuum cleaner). The garage is across the street from the accommodation, with an electric door. The entire apartment is on one level. Guest access You have access to the 4 rooms of the apartment, that is, the main room kitchen/living room/dining room, the bedroom, the bathroom, the laundry room and the garage. Other things to note You can park your vehicle either in the grassy parking lot across the street from the accommodation or in the garage (electric door) located right across the street from the accommodation as well. The glass door of the shower on the toilet side can be opened/shifted to the right, towards the toilet, to have more space to enter the shower. The shutters are all electric in the accommodation. There's a mosquito net on the window on the street side.
