Grand Slam Getaway is a unique home positioned in the quiet residential suburb of Kewarra Beach in secure gated community. 5 min drive to the beach, 20 min drive to Cairns Airport and 35 min drive to Port Douglas. Home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Truly relax and make memories at your own resort style home complete with private full size tennis court, heated pool and spa, sauna, bar and a spacious layout inside and out. The space Large 2 story home consists of: Upstairs - 2 mirror image master bedrooms each with king size beds (one king bed can be converted into 2 singles) , wardrobe, desk and TV, ensuite bathroom with a spa bath with shower and a balcony facing the tennis court/parklands. Desk in upstairs landing. Downstairs - 3rd bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, TV with book shelf. 4th bedroom with 2 king singles both with trundle beds(2 trundles recommended for children), wardrobe, access to private court with outdoor dining set and facing tennis court. On ground level there are further 2 bathrooms (full bathroom with bath and shower and other bathroom split into the guest toilet and a shower next to sauna room). There are 2 large living spaces downstairs - sitting area with a piano and a sofa bed and a living/dining area with a large family size couch, TV, dining set, bar and a kitchen. Outside area is full of lush tropical gardens, 2 undercover court yards with furniture and an alfresco area with dining set, bbq, bar table setting, games area. Tennis court with tennis rackets and balls, 2 x full size soccer goals and cricket equipment. Additionally there is a large heated pool (pool heated to 28 degrees in winter months only) with inground spa. In hot summer months pool can be cooled to refreshing temperature. Family friendly holiday house surely to be enjoyed by all ages. Please note: half of double garage, walk in kitchen pantry and under the stairs cupboard will be locked and not available for guest’s use.
