While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully. Welcome to "Lucky Charm 1", a coastal retreat on Fairweather Lane on the north end of Fort Myers Beach. Located right across Estero Blvd from the pristine white sandy beaches, a two-minute walk puts you on the beach! This charming property offers comfort, style, and convenience for a perfect beach getaway. With beautiful coastal decor and a great beachy vibe, it provides a serene atmosphere to relax and create lasting memories. This retreat features one bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, plus a spare room set up as an office. You will have everything you need for your vacation getaway. If you're not going out, you can prepare your meals in the newly updated kitchen with quartz countertops and you’re cooking and baking needs. The front porch is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening snack and beverage. The living room is a cozy space to unwind after beach activities. Wi-Fi included, you will have TV's in the living room and bedroom with YouTube TV streaming service. This cottage is in a fantastic spot away from all the crowds but still close enough to walk to Times Square and the surrounding shops and restaurants. Mom's restaurant is right around the corner with her famous cinnamon rolls! There are many more restaurants and food trucks within walking distance. Embrace the beach lifestyle and enjoy the best of this beautiful area. Holiday Water Sports is right around the corner on the beach and offers jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, paddle boarding, kayaking,and Parasailing. Diamond Head Resort is also close by and is currently offering a 20.00 per day pool pass per person. We stock beach chairs, a rolling cooler, a garment steamer and normally a beach umbrella for your use. You can be as active or idle as you want at this cottage in paradise. 122 Fairweather Lane STR applied for Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
