Welcome to a large and spacious family villa with a beautiful garden located in peaceful Huddinge, only 15-20 minutes by car/commuter train into Stockholm. The house has 7 rooms, 5 of which are bedrooms and in total there is room for 8 people to stay overnight. Two bathrooms, large kitchen and generous living areas with many seating areas and two separate living rooms. There is a large garden where you can barbecue, dine on the balcony or play kubb/croquet. For children, there is also a trampoline with a slide. The space Downstairs: Hall, bathroom with shower, laundry room, kitchen with 8 seats, living room and large bedroom with queen size bed 120 cm. Upper floor: Living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, 4 bedrooms, two with double beds (180 cm) and two with single beds (90 cm). Possibility to sleep on the sofa in the living room (70x20 cm). Guest access You will have access to the entire house including the garden. Garage is not available. Other things to note Entertainment/technology: Fiber 600/600 with WiFi coverage throughout the house is included. In the lower living room, there is a 65" TV with AppleTV 4K and streaming services Netflix, Disney+, and more. Playstation 5 game console and two hand controllers are available. If desired, other monitors in two separate workspaces can be used for any connection of a laptop. It is also possible to charge your electric car for an extra fee.
