Beautiful location in Neskilen on Vesterøy (Hvaler) with private jetty, bathing stairs and lovely terraces on both sides of the cabin. Great boating in the bay, quiet surroundings at our place. Access road with parking space for 3 cars on the plot. Nice hiking opportunities, grocery stores 5 min. away. The space The cabin is about 80 sqm. The place itself is about 2000 sqm. Large lovely lawn. Bedroom 1: double bed of 180 cm and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: double bed of 150 cm and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 family bunk beds 120 cm and 90 cm and dresser. Bedroom 4, annex with family bunk beds 120 cm and 90 cm and frame mattress of 120 cm. Bathroom: Bathroom with sink and shower. Separate toilet with sink. Kitchen: Microwave, oven, induction cooktop with 4 zones and dishwasher. Living room: 3 seats and 2 seats sofa for lovely evenings and great views. 60" TV and fireplace. Some firewood is included (up to 1 sack). More firewood can be purchased at the store. Outdoor area: Large terrace. Private jetty and possibility to rent 2 kayaks and/or 1 SUP board. Weber gas grill. Guest access No access to private basement. Otherwise, the place is ready for our guests, we have private belongings on site and hope you take good care of our cabin. An old sailing boat is located in a shed (over 100 years old). Be careful and do not touch it. Other things to note When lighting the fireplace, the switch in bedroom 3 must be activated so that there is extraction in the pipe. After parking cars, you have to walk about 50m in a nice alley, before you get to the cabin. Welcome in.
