Situated on Bathwick Street you have easy access to everything. 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom all set up with hotel quality linen and towels, so up to 7 guests can sleep comfortably. The space This beautiful apartment has a light and airy feel. Set over 4 floors, it is ideally located, just a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The original period staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the spacious kitchen/diner with large table and comfy dining chairs, a great communal area. Exposed wood floor boards, high ceiling and wall mounted flat screen TV give the apartment a really extravagant feel. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could need, including coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave & a full range of cooking equipment. The utility room houses a washing machine & tumble dryer. The double bedroom on the first floor has its own en-suite shower room. On the second floor you will find a further double bedroom and bathroom with bath & overhead shower, whilst on the third floor there is a double bedroom and a separate single room. All rooms are fully furnished to a high standard. There's easy access to the Roman Baths, Abbey and well-known shopping opportunities. 5 mins walk to Sydney Gardens and The Holborne Museum, Henrietta Park with its beautiful trees or the Boating station for boat hire. 15 minutes on foot (or less by car) to the excellent indoor sports centre complete with pool with flume, bowling, soft play, squash, gym etc. Victoria Park Play Park is one of the best in the UK. Join a free guided tour of Bath and learn about the Roman and Regency history and then relax in one of the many al- fresco cafes and restaurants with a myriad of cuisine choices. Outside Bath is stunning countryside for walking or visiting the picturesque villages with pubs such as The Inn at Freshford overlooking the water meadows - quintessential England. There is so much to enjoy nearby! There are 3 fans in the property for the warmer days. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property during their stay. Other things to note Please be aware that this property has several flights of stairs. They are wide & shallow but may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or very young children. There is also no separate lounge with sofa, but the kitchen/diner is spacious & comfortable with padded dining chairs & bar stools.
