It is in the heights of the Monts d'Or that the Cocon du Mont d'Or is nestled, a splendid residence that is both modern and contemporary and offers you all the comforts you need. Let yourself be seduced by this beautiful and cozy setting with its indoor and outdoor spaces that make it the perfect place to spend a family vacation. The space This beautiful contemporary-style house can accommodate up to 6 guests. Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the large living room bathed in light by its large bay windows as well as its fully equipped open kitchen. On the ground floor is a first bedroom with a double bed accompanied by a private bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, you will have access to 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms that consist of a master suite with a 160cm double bed, its private bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom consists of two 90 cm single beds. The floor has a second bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a children's playroom that will delight young and old. Enjoy the garden and its terrace to take a good breath of air in a green setting. Between sunbathing, swimming pool and barbecue, the garden is a real asset of the house. Please note that the pool is covered and secured by a roller shutter, but that swimming is at your own risk and not that of the owner in the event of an accident. The house has a private parking lot where you can park up to 3 vehicles. The Cocon du Mont d'Or is the perfect place to spend a stay with several people to disconnect. The house is close to the center of St-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or where you can access shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy). For nature lovers, the house is not far from hiking trails such as Mont Thou or Mont Cindre and only 20 minutes by car from the center of Lyon. Upon arrival, some basic supplies will be available to help you start your stay (toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid) but the rest of the supplies are the responsibility of the tenants. The beds will be made and bath towels are also provided but not the beach towels that you will need to bring. You will be greeted and assisted by the Les Clefs Daurés concierge to explain the functioning of the house. Information will be sent to you the day before your arrival and a welcome booklet is available to help you if you have any questions about the house. Note that parties and all other types of events (birthday, bachelorette party, baptism or other) are not allowed, and bringing in outside people who are not included in the rental is not allowed. No smoking inside house. Pets are not allowed. Please note that a security deposit of €1000 will be payable by bank transfer to the owner's account. Upon arrival, a document to be signed will be given to you certifying that the deposit has been paid. The security deposit will be returned in full to the tenant if no material damage is found. Otherwise, if damage is found (broken, damaged items), the owner will withhold a certain amount from the deposit depending on the damage caused. The house has outdoor and indoor cameras but these are always disabled during rentals. They only work when the alarm is triggered and always outside of rentals. This family home is rented at various times but the owners and their children live there during the year. We rely on your civility to respect the house during your stay. This house is first and foremost a rental house for guests who want to meet with family or several people for a stay and not a hotel.
