This is a 2-bedroom suite. Can also be booked/charged as 1 room if there are 2 people - the Queen Size room. There is a 2nd bedroom w/2 Twin beds that can be booked if there are more than 2 in the group. The Twin room is never booked to a separate set of guests. The suite is always rented to the same guest/group who know each other. The Queen Size room is always booked first for the 1st 2 guests at the published rate. The twin room is booked to the additional 3rd and 4th guests.-publ rate. Third floor Suite with two guest rooms. Private bath includes a shower, pedestal sink and skylight. Sitting area with large flat screen TV, dressing area, small Balcony with views of the Green Mountains and nearby hills. Room #1 Queen Size bed Room #2 Two Twin beds. Queen Size room must be booked first then 1 or 2 additional guests within the same reservation can book the Twin bed guest room. Guests access this 3rd floor space (Loft) by going up the staircase inside the front foyer entrance. At the top of the stairs is the 2nd floor. Turn left and open the first door on the left which is the entrance to the 3rd floor suite (Loft). Go up the stairs to the Loft. Escape from a hectic life and demanding schedule. Take a trip to beautiful Central Vermont. Book a room at the High Hill Inn. Surround yourself with nature and wildlife, an evergreen forest, open fields, spectacular views of the Green Mountains and SugarBush ski mountain in the distance. Enjoy your farm to table 2 course organic breakfast on the deck with plenty of space and soak up the sun enjoying breath taking views of the surrounding mountains, fields and forest on the property. There is a train station about 5 miles from the house. It is really a "platform" outdoors but there is no building. There is very limited taxi service in Montpelier....only about two or three taxi cabs. We can pick you up at the train station if we have suffiicient prior notice. We charge $15 to pick up the guest and bring them to the Inn We have goats, and 2 outdoor cats. We do not allow pets in the house because sometimes guests are allergic to animal dander.
