Other things to note Once your reservation has been validated by our team, we will send you a secret code to access the accommodation a few hours before your arrival. Check-ins are done in person. We will be there to welcome you. Same for your departure. Check-in times are only from 4:00 p.m. and checkout times are always before 11 a.m. Please note that smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in the apartment and that we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover any trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to demand a fine of a minimum amount of €300.
