Welcome Friends! Make yourself at home in our Traditional Waterside Home. Spacious deck with a lovely water view, great for bird watching or cozying up with a book. Hop in the canoe for an adventure into Jones Creek or Bike around our sweet neighborhood to enjoy the water views. Short ride to Main Street for the farmers market on Saturday morning and a hike at Windsor castle park, or ride into our neighborhood restaurant Chuckamucks (2 minute car ride) for some local seafood. The space This little haven is within ten minutes of main attractions, but far enough away to enjoy wildlife and a private getaway with your hunnies. We offer a large backyard space with outdoor table for dining, music room with piano and cozy up reading nook, full kitchen and dining room, complimentary tea, coffee and purified water. You can walk down to our organic egg laying chickens and pick up breakfast or jog into town for a late brunch <3 our back yard is fenced in up to the marsh (marsh is not fenced) for your furry loved ones and we have a doggie door available if that suits your pups. let us know if you have questions about the area or our home-we are happy to accommodate! Guest access Keypad Entry. Your Stay Code will be given to you within 24 hours prior to check-in. Other things to note No Smoking. No Parties. Guests are financially responsible for damages to property, furniture, etc. Pets Rules: pets must be on tick/flea preventative and be completely tick and flea free, pets are not allowed on the furniture, ‘scoop the poop’ wherever your pet uses the restroom outside. There are Chickens on the property, do not allow your pets to chase/frighten the chickens (they don’t lay well when they’re scared, more importantly we love them and want them happy). Canoe is available for use off of our dock during high tide, use at your own risk and wear a life jacket at all times.
