Book your stay and discover the difference for yourself. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire house with the exception of the bedroom closet in the small bedroom. Other things to note This home is a non-smoking home. Thank you for not smoking inside or near any of the entrances or windows! We don't charge cleaning fees at our properties. However, we do ask you to leave the house in the same condition as you receive it. Think of it as if you're staying at your favorite Unlce Bill's house and he would be disappointed if you left it any other way! We don't ask you to do laundry or cut the lawn but please just be respectful of our home! We are a dog friendly property because we understand that our fur babies are truly part of the family. However, it does take more time to clean and more wear and tear so we do charge a per pet fee of $50 for a maximum of TWO dogs. After you book, you will be sent a request for the second pup. The house is on well water. At times, the water can have a sulfur smell. Unfortunately, it is out of our control as it depends on the water table. The water is tested and safe.
