Quiet yet centrally located semi-detached house

Dear guests, our quiet but centrally located semi-detached house is located in Norderstedt Mitte (near Hamburg). Within walking distance: U1 station Norderstedt Mitte (within approx. 7-8 min.) as well as the bus station, all shopping facilities, as well as doctors. Reachable by car: Airport approx. 20 min. AEZ shopping center approx. 25 min. Hamburg city center approx. 45 min. Hamburg harbor approx. 30 min. The free parking lot is right next to the house and the terrace in front of it. The space Our semi-detached house is located in a quiet side street. Guest access Dear guests, Please understand that our bedrooms are only opened according to the number of booked guests. This means that if you have booked for one person, only the single room will be opened. The utility room and basement are locked. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Dear guests, Smoking is only allowed outside: either in front of the house or on the terrace. Please air the bathroom and kitchen in between. Between 10 pm and 6 am in the morning silence is announced in the whole house. Thank you for your understanding.
