Perched 600 m in the Ardèche Cévenole, between the villages of Largentière and Jaujac, this restored dry stone house mixes the charm of old stones and beams with modern comfort, including a private jacuzzi and deckchairs on an open-air terrace in the garden. Over 130 m², the living room opens onto a panoramic terrace suspended in the trees, offering spectacular views of the valley. Ideal for walking, swimming, markets, canoeing and canyoning, nature awaits you just around the corner. The space The house is on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 overlooking the garden and one with a bathroom with bathtub. A bathroom is on this level with a separate toilet. There is no Wi-Fi box, but we have very good 4G or 5G reception, which can be shared to provide the necessary network. The house is equipped in the kitchen with an Expresso capsule machine. Other things to note For the sake of hygiene and due to a lot of dirt that does not allow the sheets to be reused in impeccable condition for the next tenants, they are no longer included in the rental. They are available for an extra charge: €15 per double bed and €10 per single bed.
