This 2 rooms apartment is in high first floor, next to popular Kalamaja district.Apartment is light colors and surrounded by greenery. 5 min by tram to Old Town, 5 min to Railway Station, 45 min to airport. A few tram stops away is Telliskivi Loomelinnak with all it’s amazing cafes/restaurants, interesting happenings and a market. There is a grocery shop across the road. Precise description can be found from section "Getting around". The space Apartment has one living room with open kitchen and bedroom with double-size bed . Sofa in living room is big enough to sleep for 1 person. There is a cabinet desk with necessary equipment for comfortable business travel. Towels, sheets, blankets etc. are provided. Apartment has it's own fast wireless internet, HD TV with digital channels. Use of washing machine and ironing facilities are available. Kitchen is fully equipped. There are coffee machine, water heater, microwave, stove, refrigerator with small freezer. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided. NB! In case of loss or failure to return the keys, the fee shall be 50 eur. For smoking or partying the fee shall be 150 eur. Cleaning fee covers washing the sheets and towels, coffee and shampoo! - Kindly take out your own trash (trashcans are behind the house).Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment building. The apartment is not intended for social events. Please note that the apartment is in top condition, but not brand new. Please do not mistake scratches as dirt - apartment is always thoroughly cleaned after every reservation. The house is renovated from outside but the common staircase of the building is old and a bit unsightly in need of refurbishment which will take place some time in 2021. Apartment is located on the 1st floor with no elevator. Free parking is available around the house.
