The accommodation is located in Cascina, a fortified village near the Arno river, just 8 km from Pisa (about 10 minutes by car), and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small courtyard with an outdoor dining area . Two outdoor parking spaces included! The space The accommodation is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, 42-inch TV and double sofa bed; - BEDROOM with double bed, desk and access to the walk-in closet; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - OUTDOOR DINING AREA with dining table, chairs and umbrella; - GARDEN with shared pool and shared barbecue. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, insect screens, drying rack and hairdryer. Two uncovered internal parking spaces. PLEASE NOTE: - The swimming pool can be used from June to September (depending on the weather conditions), from 10:00 to 19:00. - The swimming pool and garden are shared with the owners of the property who live next door. - Pets allowed upon request and payment of a supplement. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).
