Other things to note The property is accessed via its own private lane and has parking for 4 cars. There is WiFi and mobile reception, but please note that they can both be patchy due to the secluded location. The kitchen is equipped with the usual utensils alongside an electric induction hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, wine and champagne glasses, two Bodum coffee cafetieres (large and small), mugs, tea cups and saucers, plates, bowls, mixing bowls, bottle opener, peeler, lemon juicer, egg cups, toast rack, chopping boards and ice tray. There is no dishwasher (we unfortunately just couldn't fit one in the compact space, no matter how we tried!). Please take caution on the stairs as they are narrow and fairly steep. Please mind your head when going up and down the stairs as the ceiling above the stairs is low. Bring wellies or boots for local walks and exploring. Children are welcome. A travel cot is provided and a high chair is available upon request. Please note we don't supply a pillow, sheets, bedding or a separate mattress for the travel cot (it comes with its own thin padded base). We recommend you bring these along with you if you require them. Please note there is a brook that runs along the front of the property and young children must be supervised whilst in the garden. Pets are not permitted.
