House Münster - Apartment on the first floor

Two apartments of 60 m² each. Vacation home with 2 residential units each with 2 bedrooms, shower room, kitchenette and spacious living and dining room. Both apartments are equipped with a fireplace, the upper apartment with a sauna. Each apartment is equipped with (smart) TV and stereo system, as well as the kitchens with all cooking utensils. Dishwasher and washing machine as well as dryer available. (No coin machines) Self-catering. Pets allowed on request. The space Special features: High chair/crib (for hygienic reasons without bed linen) is provided free of charge. The rental price includes all utilities, such as water, firewood and (green) electricity. In the high season, only one booking from Saturday to Saturday is possible. All holidays that fall on a weekday will be charged at the peak season price. For washing machine use, etc., a piggy bank is available for voluntary filling. Location: The vacation home is located in a new vacation home area with approx. 60 vacation homes on a small hill at the Baltic Sea stand of Wohlenberger Wiek. Our vacation home is located on the southern edge on a 700 m² property with a view to the southwest into the great outdoors. The 4-kilometer-long natural beach is located approx. 250 meters away and can be reached via a direct path. Worth seeing are the cities of Wismar (16 km) with its historic old town, the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen with its pier and seaside resort architecture (8 km), as well as Klütz with Bothmer Castle (6 km). Lübeck (30 km) and Schwerin (45 km) are easily accessible and very worth seeing. For shopping, we recommend Klütz or Grevesmühlen (10 km). In Gägelow (10 km) there is a shopping center. Wohlenberg is connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. The Klützer Winkel and especially the associated Wohlenberger Wiek is a place for an unforgettable vacation because of the extensive natural beach and the beauty of the landscape. In the surrounding area: Zoo: The Wismar Zoo is 16 kilometers away, the beautifully landscaped Bürgerpark is adjacent to the zoo. Swimming pool: The adventure and fun pool Wonnemar offers swimming fun and wellness. It is located in the World Heritage City of Wismar. Golf: In Hohen Wieschendorf (9 km) there is an 18 hole golf course. Horse farm/pony rides: In Oberhof (approx. 3 km), there is an estate that offers riding lessons, carriage rides and pony rides, also for children. Bicycle paths: Baltic Sea bicycle path about 200 meters. Hiking/jogging: Hiking trails via Bössow to Stellshagen. Hiking opportunities are not only available directly on the Baltic Sea, but also, for example, from Wohlenberg towards Bössow. Dog beach: In Wohlenberg there is a dog beach about 300 meters away.
