Cozy apartment of 50 sqm, for 3 people, on the 1st floor of a building with NO lift. The accommodation is located in a convenient position, at the beginning of the historic center of Castellamare del Golfo and with all services close at hand. Among the main attractions, we mention the Guidaloca Bay (8 km), the Scopello Village (13 km) and the Zingaro Nature Reserve (13 km). The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, two bathrooms, two balconies and a terrace. The space The accommodation is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, oven, microwave oven, moka coffee maker, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, sofa, TV and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM I with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet; > UPPER LEVEL: - TERRACE with dining table, sink and barbecue; - BATHROOM II with shower, sink and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pump (split at the entrance), washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack. PLEASE NOTE: if you are traveling with children, pay attention to the internal stairs to reach the terrace. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality, equal to €1,50 per person per night, for the first 6 nights only.
