Our house meets all of the standards and more. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living kitchen and living room, a separate tv room and a stunning view overlooking grassland, a typical Dutch windmill and the stork's nest. In the garden a tiny house which can be used as an office during the day. Because it has a luxurious sofabed (1.60m, Bolia) and its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink it can easily be transformed into a bedroom at night. The garden is large and fenced. The space The ground floor has a large kitchen with cooking island, a living room with fireplace and a TV room. A large glass facade of 7 meters makes it very light and open. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There an extra bedroom and separate toilet on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there are two spacious bedrooms with a bathroom that overlooks the meadows. On the landing you will also find the washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely fenced and with the large lawn and trampoline a perfect place for children and/or dogs. There is a Tiny house in the garden, again with large glass fronts and a private bathroom. The house has a sofa bed (Bolia) and a large table. This makes this place multifunctional. Guest access The house, garden and Tiny house, it is all yours. Other things to note Oud garden is fully fenced. Therefor it is safe for children. Also, dogs cannot leave the premises. Upon request we can place an extra crib.
