The space Current Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1x King Bed Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed Bathroom 1 with shower & Toilet ensuite in bedroom 1 Bathroom 2 with shower & Toilet next to bedroom 2 Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge & Dishwasher Hair Dryer, Iron, Washing machine, dryer provided. WiFi within the apartment and a smart TV! *Basement parking space and there are many street car parking around this building. Guest access Please treat the place as your home during the stay. You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes. Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm. Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use. Please ensure all the lights, heater, and AC are switched off when leaving. Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your to have a great stay. Enjoy the stay! Other things to note There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm. Additional Rules: *NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD. *NO PETS: Pets are not allowed in this house, penalty will be apply. *NO PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit. Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date. LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
