Huge, newly built house (100 m2) with 2 bedrooms (king size beds 2 x 2 m). Living area with a large dining table, coffee machine, fridge and cooking facilities. Bathroom with spacious shower area and hot water. Dining and all sleeping rooms equipped with fans. Ideal for families or groups of friends (access to 2nd bedroom via the 1st). Big dining table in the garden and shared pool use included. The space The house can be easily reached by scooter, 10-15 minutes from downtown El Nido and 5 minutes by scooter to the popular Las Cabañas Beach (Vanilla Beach). You can access it also directly when arriving from Puerto Princesa. It is possible to rent scooters from us. We (a family of three, plus two dogs) live right next door, are always happy to help and up for a beer (or two). The pool is shared with us, it is connected to our house. A generator helps you in case of power outages. There is a supermarket very close by and the road to our house was just renewed. This place is ideal if you like some quiet, but want to be very close to the main beach and the centre of El Nido. Please note that this place is rural and that there are (kind) dogs around.
