The condo features paved roads all the way to it, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area • Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate from October–March, depending on the weather • Coffee maker is a regular drip machine — bring your own coffee • The condo is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator access • The outdoor pool and lazy river typically open around Memorial Day and close at the end of August — dates subject to change without notice and controlled by the HOA •Indoor tub is bathtub only • The indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round — dates and maintenance are controlled by the HOA and may change without notice • Bears and other wildlife are common — do not feed or approach them.
