Northern Lights exclusive house by the river

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place. The space Lovely house with scandinavian interior and located right by the river with amazing view up the river and under the clear sky northern light / aurora is very common. Guest access Whole house incl garage and all surroundings in garden Other things to note Optional: if you want special arrangement just let me know, ice bath and ice fisching is very popular activity amoung our guest so here is a suggestion for you. - ice bath arrangemang for whole group , i prepare the 1m thick ice for you to have a body and mind experience , just outside the house near sauna and hottub, ask for price. - ice fisching whole group outside cabin with me as a local guide, 3hours incl openfire snack or lunch, ask for price -Electrical car charging is possible in garage for a fee.
