The space We are nature lovers, we love bees that go bzzz bzzz, birds that go cheep cheep and ants that make their way; that's why we leave our green spaces alive and alive with flowers and grass. If you are a fan of French gardens or "Golf Greens", you won't find that with us 😉 The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people, putting 3 people per room and 2 in the sofa bed. PLEASE NOTE ⚠️: The cleaning fee has been reduced to a minimum so that travelers who take the time to leave the apartment clean do not pay more. Basically, it will be necessary to clean the accommodation (allow 1h30) or pay a flat rate for a cleaning lady (€30). These fees (all or part) may be requested at the exit inventory if the cleaning is not done properly. ATTENTION ⚠️: In order not to impose it on equipped travelers, in the basic rate it is appropriate for travelers to take their sheets and household linen (we provide blankets and mattress covers on the beds). The size of the beds 180/200 for the large room and 140/200 for the small one, there are also 2 beds in 90/200 and a sofa in 140/200. It is possible to rent household linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) for 8€ per bed. A flat sheet is enough if you do not have the sizes of the large bed obviously. The beds and the sofa must be covered if you sleep on them under penalty of additional cleaning costs. ATTENTION ⚠️: The accommodation AND its terrace are non-smoking. A garden furniture is provided so that smokers have a comfortable space for them. Total: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. Beds: 1 king size bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 single bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bunk bed. A sofa bed is in the living room. (Bed 140/200) Ideal for couples looking for a glamorous and romantic getaway. Practical and economical for families, the accommodation can accommodate 8 people and a possibility of extension up to 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. (on request). The property contains 3 independent accommodations and can accommodate up to 13 people.
