Dogs are welcome, but you must disclose you're bringing them when booking. Full kitchen: Dishes, utensils, stove/oven, pots, microwave, coffee, dog treats and some basic condiments 1st bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan 2nd bedroom: Twin bed, ceiling fan Bathroom: Extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bandages, q-tips, feminine products Dogs: 2 allowed, give notice when dogs are included in your stay Entire upper unit is for your stay. Yard is shared with me as I live in the lower unit. One car allowed on the driveway. Please only park on the right side (away from garage). Extra vehicle parking allowed across the alley in the empty lot. I am near if needed. Located on the main street of town. Antique shops, coffee shop and cafe a 5 minute walk away. Pasty restaurant and Dollar General 1 minute away. STAIRS: There is a full flight of stairs to access this unit. HEATING: The temperature controls are located in the lower unit. You must message me if you'd like it adjusted. I will be happy to change it promptly to suit your comfort. Otherwise, it is set to 69 degrees in the winter. DOGS: -Do not leave dogs alone for excessive periods of time. -Dogs must be leashed and supervised while outside. -Keep out of the fenced area. -Dispose of all dog waste in the outdoor garbage receptacle located against the house. TV: No cable or streaming services. There is a Bluray/DVD player with a collection of about 50 movies ranging from A Bug's Life to Shutter Island.
