This space is a studio unit (1RK) which is in the 1st floor of a 3 story building (no lift). It is located in BTM residency, Akshaya Nagar off Bannerghatta road. The space is easily accessible via Ola, Uber, Rapido. If you are taking public transport Royal Meenakshi mall and Bannerghatta road are the nearest bus stops. For food Zomato/swiggy delivery is available in this location. The space This is a well-equipped 1-RK house located on the 1st floor without lift. The space is ideal for both short and long stays and includes: .A bedroom with a queen size bed and an attached bathroom (with geyser). .A kitchen with basic utensils, a gas stove, and a water purifier. Additional utensils can be provided upon request, subject to availability. . The home includes fridge, a work table with chair, a washing machine and Drying strings are also provided for guests to hang and dry their clothes conveniently. .For entertainment, there is a Smart TV with YouTube. Guests may log into their own Netflix, Prime, or other streaming accounts. Please remember to log out before checkout. Additional Notes: .Daily cleaning is not provided.
