Identification will be requested from all guests and comply with Regulations and care of the environment The space 🏠Nice small and cozy apartment on the ground floor located in a FAMILY and Safe Condominium. Up to 5 people 🛏️The apartment has: - Bedroom 1 - Double bed with closet and full bathroom inside. Ceiling fan - Sleeps 2. - Bedroom 2 - Double bed and single bed with closet, Ceiling fan - Up to 3 People. - A living room - A dining room. - A full shared bathroom in the living room - dining room area. - Smart screen - 🚗1 Secure parking space inside the Condominium. - Kitchen equipped for 5 people, simple food preparation. Includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. - A washing machine and laundry area The Condominium has the following amenities: - 🏊Unheated pool - 🛝Children's Area As a FAMILY Condominium, for security reasons the reservation cannot be transferred to other people, Identification will be requested upon arrival and must comply at all times with a Regulation of Healthy Coexistence and Care of the Environment (No visits, No Parties, No Drugs, No noise after 11pm, etc.) that will be notified in full upon arrival. Check-in: 3 pm, Check-out: 11 am. 🚫🚽The Condominium has a Wastewater Treatment Plant, so please DO NOT flush the toilet with: - Sanitary towels - Baby wipes - Condoms - Cigarette butts 💦Water Care: The issue of water scarcity is very strong in Cuernavaca and for reasons of water saving and to avoid waste, water is restricted from 11:30pm to 5:30am. If you need it, you can request it from the guard without any problem. **In the extreme event that the water supply fails on the part of the municipal water system, the Condominium has a contingency plan and the water is supplied by schedules in order to best manage the water for all - thank you for your understanding. Any breach of the Rules of Healthy Coexistence could result in a fine from the Condominium Administration that would unfortunately have to be charged to the Guest. Guest access Check-in: 3 P.M. Check-out: 11 am We have an electronic lock, check-in and check-out is autonomous. For everyone's safety, you will be asked to send identification of the people who will be staying before arrival and to expedite their registration with security. Guests can only enjoy the common areas such as the pool and children's area.
