I'm a cook and a foodie and like to treat my guests like royalty. You can expect to be very comfortable in my home. I'll make myself scarce in the evenings while my guests enjoy the living room and privacy to watch TV. The space It's a gated community. The grounds are beautiful with access to 3 swimming pools and 4 tennis courts. You will have access to the Marina and promenade with your own key. It's a 2 bedroom spacious condo with 2 bathrooms. The living area is large with a dining table and a small kitchen. Enjoy the city and ocean view from the patio. You can see the Hollywood sign on clear days. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole condo except for the master bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note Guests will have their own key to enter the unit. Please do not bring other guests into my home without prior consent. No loud music or TV from 10pm to - 8 am. I'll be in the master bedroom.
