Features a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a balcony. -The living room has a three-seater sofa that unfolds into a double bed, while it also has access to the furnished front balcony where you can enjoy your coffee or drink. -In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your food or coffee as well as a dining area with 4 comfortable chairs. -The room has a large double bed and spacious closets as well as access to a balcony overlooking the garden. -The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet as well as a radiator. -There is an autonomous heating-radiator system and an A/C unit.Also a solar panel that provides eco friendly hot water. -Free Wi-Fi network and 32 '' HD TV with built-in USB port and HDMI cable are available. -Our nest is located on the 1st floor and is accessible either by lift or staircase.
