The accommodation is located on the snow front, close to the ski lifts, the ESF and the shops. Large Paradiski ski area, various activities in winter (skiing, Swincar, dog sledding...) and in summer (hiking, paragliding, swimming, rafting...) The space Apartment with an open kitchen, a living room divisible by a sliding wall, with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (gray sofa) and 2 pull-out beds (in front of the gray/green sofa bar). Then we have a mountain corner named (by our children) "Harry Potter's room", includes 2 single beds (red beds). Multiple storage spaces in the apartment. Kitchen equipped with electric hobs, mini oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom consists of a sink and bathtub, towel dryer and hairdryer. Separate toilet. We provide an individual ski locker. No walking with ski boots on in the hallways of the residence, in accordance with the co-ownership regulations. - During school holidays, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. ---> Cleaning is not included in the rental price, you must clean before leaving, store duvets and pillows in the cabinets, empty and store dishes in the cabinets. /!\ Unless otherwise stated, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels etc... are extra. Other things to note Small details: - During the French school holidays, bookings are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday, in order to keep the same rhythm as the ESF courses. - It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. We encourage guests to smoke on the balcony or outside the building. Above all, do not throw cigarette butts over the balcony, in order to respect the neighbors below and our beautiful nature. Ashtrays are available.
