A few miles drive takes you to the famous Pagosa Springs downtown with shops and many restaurants, and of course the Hot Springs and Spa , that boast over 20 pools to soak and relax in while receiving the benefits of the mineral waters. Fix a family style feast in the well-equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, and all the gadgets you will need. A drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig is provided. Six can dine at our dinner table with perfect views of the San Juan mountains and forest. Relax in the great room where the ambiance of a gas burning fireplace takes center stage (Gas forced heat and A/C is also provided). This window lined space is open to the kitchen and dining room making it perfect for the whole family to share appetizers and drinks before dinner, and a TV and DVD sets the scene for family movie nights (choose from a huge selection of DVDs. Make yourself at home in the tranquil master bedroom situated on the first floor with an en suite bathroom, with soaking tub and rain head shower, underfloor heat and heated towel rack . The custom- made aspen furniture and king-sized bed completes your personal retreat. The second floor hosts a bedroom with en suite bathroom and a King bed, and a third bedroom which also boasts a king-sized bed, and has its own full-sized bathroom just steps down the hall.
