With three bedrooms (two queen beds and one king bed) and three bathrooms, it's perfect for families or groups of friends. up to six guests may make use of our home. 2. Inside, you'll find not one but two cozy living rooms. This means that you can enjoy separate areas for entertainment or relaxation, giving everyone in your group space to do what they love. The main floor features a spectacular ocean view and an open floor plan, while the lower level accesses the private yard, media area, and yoga area. 3. Outdoor Oasis: Our property features a large yard, perfect for outdoor activities and enjoying the California ocean waves. Whether you want to play a game of catch, corn hole, sit by the fire pit, have a picnic, or simply soak up the fresh air, our yard provides a great space to do so. 4. Proximity to the Beach: For beach enthusiasts, Trinidad State Beach is just a 4-minute walk away. You can easily spend your day visiting multiple beaches and trails in the area. 5. Dining and Grocery: Local restaurants and grocery stores are conveniently close, making it easy to dine out or prepare delicious meals in the comfort of your fully-equipped kitchen. Our appliances are top of the line, including a blue star gas stove. Larrapin Cafe is one of my personal favorite restaurants in the area, a short 8-minute drive. 6. I am a 10 minute drive away. Our residential neighborhood in Trinidad, CA, is a charming coastal community nestled amidst the natural beauty of Northern California. With its tranquil streets, friendly neighbors, and proximity to the stunning Pacific coastline, it offers a quintessential coastal living experience. Residents here enjoy the soothing sounds of ocean waves, breathtaking sunsets at Trinidad State Beach, and easy access to local shops and restaurants. Walking, bus station, and car rental are available at ACV airport. uber is not reliable currently. There are also taxi services, and the Cheri Heights Casino has shuttle services. The City of Trinidad requires a separate rental agreement, which must be completed and signed prior to your arrival. We kindly request that guests adhere to our own house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, and as it's a residential area, we observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, with no outdoor music after 9 pm. To accommodate guests with allergies, we can not allow pets on the premises. Please use items responsibly and notify us immediately if any accidental breakages occur, ensuring a seamless experience for the next guests. Additionally, for security and comfort, we ask that only registered guests stay on the property.
