Charming apartment in the heart of Paris, quiet, bright and warm. You'll feel right at home! Located on the 5th floor with elevator, you'll have a beautiful view over the rooftops of Paris and a piece of the Eiffel Tower ✨ You'll be staying in the heart of a lively neighborhood from which you can walk to many of Paris's sublime and historic landmarks. Be aware that a friendly cat lives in the apartment ☺️ The space You'll enter a magnificent, calm and bright apartment. You'll find an entrance hall with a large, fully-equipped kitchen on the right, a lovely living room on the left with a sitting area and TV, and a dining area next to a bay window that opens onto a lovely terrace. Opposite the entrance, a door leads to a corridor where you'll find the bedroom, shower room and toilet. The bedroom is large, with a 140cm double bed and double French windows, so it's very bright. Roller shutters bring total darkness into the room. You'll have cupboards and chests of drawers to store your laundry, as well as a desk and free access to fiber-optic Wifi. A friendly cat lives in the apartment and contributes to the peace and quiet of our home. Guest access You will be able to use all open rooms, private areas are mentioned and locked.
