Casa Prima: Spacious, Relaxing, Exclusive w/ Pool

Welcome to Casa Prima. We only accept one booking at time so you will have exclusive use of the 3,500 square meter property to enjoy the pool with jacuzzi (not heated), the vast greens and landscaping, the events tent with professional videoke equipment and the basketball court. If you need to check on work, we have a dedicated work place supported by our very reliable Starlink Internet Satellite. Casa Prima is normally 5°C lower than Metro Manila so the ambient temperature is ideal. The space Casa Prima is a place for family and friends (including fur babies). It is a sanctuary where we can all come together to cherish what is truly important – time with people we hold dear. Casa Prima is not a hotel or a B&B, but a home we share with those who have the same values on personal wellness, friends and, most importantly, family. As our home, we take good care of Casa Prima and our guests. We only accept one booking at a time in order to assure your privacy and the enjoyment of your stay. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS We allow 16 guests per booking but we can accommodate up to 4 more guests for an extra charge and provided that prior advise and approval is secured. YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS You will be staying in our guest compound (the Casita Compound) where you will use the 2 casita units. Each casita has its own private garden at the back and it has has its own smart TV, refrigerator, full bath (with body wash and shampoo) with hair dryer and full sized mirror. It is fully air conditioned using a 2.5 hp Daikin unit. For your slumber, each casita has a queen size bed, a day bed with a single bed pull out. All these are located on the ground floor. It has a loft with 4 single size futon beds. The casita can easily accommodate 8 people so the 2 casitas combined will comfortably sleep 16 guests. If you want or need additional sleeping space, there is a solarium beside that casita which has a queen size bed and a day bed a with pull out bed. If needed, 2 additional beds can be added upon request. The solarium is fully air conditioned and has a 55 inch smart TV. The solarium can be used for an additional fee of P2,500 a night. KITCHEN A full sized kitchen is provided along with your stay. It has an LPG powered 2 burner top (no additional fee for the use of the LPG), a full sized ref with freezer, a rice cooker good for 20 pax, a commercial grade purified drinking water system, cookware (pots, pans, utensils), plates and silverware for 20 pax. WATER We have our own deep well system so water pressure is never an issue. Our water source has been lab tested and passed with flying colors. Our drinking water is further passed through a commercial grade water treatment system(capped with UV light) which means you have an unlimited supply of clean and safe drinking water for free. THE POOL The pool measures 22.5 square meters (4.5m x 5m) with a jacuzzi area to enjoy the water jets and bubbles. The jacuzzi portion has a seating area perfect for kids. The deepest part of the pool is no more than 5 feet. Note that the pool is not heated, there is no lifeguard (children must always be supervised), food and drinks are not allowed in the pool and, though we are pet friendly, your fur babies are not allowed in the pool. Please always observe safety when using the pool as the property will not be responsible for any accidents. ACTIVITIES; Relaxation and family time is our specialty in Casa Prima but if you want to mix in some activities, please feel to use our: * Basketball court (located at the rear of the property but please bring your own ball) * Professional grade videoke system, * Dart Board (please inform our staff and bring your own darts) * Big garden for traditional Pinoy street games (tumbang press, again base, luksong think, etc) GARDENS AND GREENS Casa Prima prides itself that it has lush greens inside and surrounding the property. The trees which surround the property provide a cool ambiance with a gentle breeze and, at night, the serenade from the cicadas will lull you to sleep and the chirping of the visiting birds will welcome you in the morning. Your casitas compound has its own garden beside the pool where we have provided lounging seats for your relaxation. This is a great place to catch up. You may also use our big garden for your games. PARKING Guests are allocated 6 car parking spaces. Parking along the street is prohibited per the arrangement with the barangay as street parked cars may be side-swiped by passing traffic. Please coordinate with the host or the caretaker if more space is needed. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole of Casa Prima except the Villa Compound (where the property owner stays) which is fenced off and marked as private. Only registered guests are allowed inside and visitors are not allowed without the prior advise to and approval of the host. Allowed visitors may stay only until 9 p.m. and those overstaying will be charged a fee. Other things to note EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. PROFESSIONAL CATERING IS NOW ALLOWED. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED. VISITORS NEED PRIOR ADVISE AND APPROVAL. MAXIMUM OF 3 SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED DOGS OR 2 LARGE DOGS ARE ALLOWED. NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PETS BUT PENALTY IMPOSED IF PEE AND POOP ARE NOT CLEANED BY GUEST. FUR BABIES NOT ALLOWED IN POOL. AS WE ARE NORMALLY BOOKED (SPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) THE 11 AM CHECK OUT TIME MUST BE OBSERVED EXTENSIONS MAY BE ALLOWED UPON PRIOR APPROVAL BY THE HOST AND WITH APPLICABLE EXTENSION FEE.
