Guest access Surrounded by lush greenery, the apartment offers free access to all its facilities (at Ground Floor): - Swimming pool - Cabana - Gym - Sauna - Kids Playground Other things to note ⭐️NO Free Parking: -We offer only one residential parking space, which requires a one-time registration fee of RM30. Guests must provide their car's license plate number at least two days in advance. Failure to do so will result in car plate not being recognised by the car-plate recognition system, hence denied entry. -Additional cars can be parked in the building's visitor paid parking area, which operates on an hourly or daily rate (Touch 'n Go card required), with a maximum charge of RM20 per day. ⭐️Guest Limit: Maximum of 6 guests allowed (babies under 3 years old are not counted). Exceeding this number is not allowed. A fine of RM200 per additional guest will be imposed. ⭐️Towel Provision: Only 6 towels are provided. If additional towels are needed, please request them from the host in advance. ⭐️Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out. ⭐ACCESS CARDS/KEYS If keys or access cards are lost, misplaced, or left inside the unit, causing access issues, a RM200 charge will apply. This covers the cost of arranging a locksmith or technician to regain entry. Please keep all keys and access cards safe and return them upon check-out.
