In the cozy living room, with a flat-screen TV and access to the balcony, all guests will find their favorite spot on the spacious sofa. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. Freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee filter leave nothing to be desired. The apartment on the upper floor has a bedroom with a double box spring bed. In the attic studio there is another spacious bedroom with two single beds (can also be connected to a double bed on request) and a separate toilet with sink. The spacious, bright bathroom on the upper floor with shower, large mirror, hair dryer and towel dryer complete the overall picture. Especially in summer you can spend relaxing barbecues in our garden. Please note that smoking in the apartment and pets are not allowed. The Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house can be used free of charge.
