Annette, Jim, welcome you to Waveney House overlooking fields set in a quiet location with off road parking, beautiful gardens to relax in with a stream full of goldfish. We offer a fruit, toast and cereal breakfast or get a cooked breakfast, from numerous restaurants & pubs along the quaint, traditional shopping street or the quay & harbour all within a ten minutes walk. Wells beach only 20 minute walk, 2 minute drive or can be accessed by electric bus. We welcome children of school age. The space Our Kingsize bedroom which has a smart TV & amazing views across the fields and beyond is ideal for 1-2 guests sharing. We have two tastefully furnished letting rooms with tea/coffee, dressing gowns & towels. As the bathroom is exclusive to these rooms we only accept one booking at a time for 1 to 4 people. Please book our suite to book both our rooms for 3-4 guests . The second bedroom has a double bed & TV. Guests have use of a reading area. Guest access Guests have use of our beautiful garden plenty of seating . Stream full of goldfish . In the spring sit and watch our nest boxes being used by blue tits, sparrows etc . Parking in our driveway .
