The unit is located on the 10th-floor level. Studio-type condo - fully furnished. We have a portion of welcoming snack food, bottled waters are yours to grab, and coffee and tea as well are all FREE. We have Wifi (20mbps), and Netflix, Disney Plus, Youtube installed for you to entertain. We will also provide you with new clean towels, shampoo, soap. There are equipped kitchen utensils (refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle) for you to use if you wish to cook, store or heat your own food. Book now to secure your dates! Guest access **PARKING ACCESS** A parking space is located across from the lobby. First come, first serve basis (as this is commercial parking) Rates: First 2 hours: Php 50 Succeeding hours: Php 20 MOTORCYCLES Flat rate per entry/day: Php 50 Overnight Parking: Php 300+ parking fee (1:30AM - 6:30AM) Operating hours: 24/7 Lost ticket fee: Php 300 plus parking fee (please make sure to keep your parking ticket safely) Note: If in case no parking slot during your arrival, you may also use the parking space at Breeze Residences which is 5 minutes walk to Coast Residence. **POOL ACCESS** You can have pool access located on the 7th floor—PHP 150 on non-holidays, Php 300 on holidays per person. You might pay directly in the lobby if you decide to use it during your stay. (Note: Condo Office hours: 9 AM-6 PM daily, till 1 PM only on Saturdays and closed on Sundays) Thus, kindly inform us ahead of time should you wish to access the pool. Pool are closed every Monday. Please also note that guests must bring proper Swimwear. Colored/cotton shirts are not allowed in the pool. Other things to note Before you book your stay, please do note that our Building Admin requires guests to show their Valid IDs. Another Note: * Please attach on the chat your valid ID copy for EACH GUEST at least two (2) days before your arrival. Your entry cannot be approved by the admin office if ID/s are not submitted ahead of time. * Check-in time is 2PM. Early check-in** can be accommodated only if previous guest/s check-outs much earlier. Check-out is 12 PM. Should you wish to extend your stay**, please inform us as soon as possible to secure and block the dates. ** Too early check in starting from 5AM-11AM can be accomodated but we'll charge additional 500 pesos. ** Too late check out starting from 3PM onwards will incur 100 pesos per hour. This is for us to cover the utility bills and maintenance of the unit.
