The complex consists of four luxurious apartments by the sea, offering stunning views, modern designs, and high-end amenities. Apartment Chi (75 sqm) can accommodate up to four guests in two bedrooms with two king-size beds, which can be separated into single beds. The apartment includes a living area with a Smart TV with 4K Netflix, free Wi-Fi, authentic paintings, a dining area, smart SOMFY blinds and awning, a bathroom with Papoutsanis Olivia Things bath amenities, Kentia linens, towels, hairdryers, a washing machine, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, and porcelain plates. The pools are shared among the four apartments within the complex, and the water is heated on cloudy days or during cold weather conditions. From November to March, it may not be feasible to heat the pool water during cold and/or stormy weather, however, weather conditions may dictate similar limitations during other months. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment and the pool area. Information regarding how to enter the building and apartment will be provided after the reservation has been made.
